Our role
Rental Car Book is an independent booking assistance and referral service. We are not a party to any rental agreement between you and a rental provider. Providers rent vehicles under their own terms.
Provider responsibility
Rental providers are solely responsible for vehicles, rental agreements, insurance, pricing, taxes and fees, deposits, availability, payment, damage claims and cancellations.

Content on this site is general information. Car types, requirements, availability and rates vary and are confirmed by providers.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee availability, pricing or provider performance.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, damage or delay arising from a provider's vehicles or services, or for indirect or consequential losses from use of this site.
Trademarks
Vehicle makes, rental company names and other third-party marks belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Rental Car Book is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
